Between 2023-03-03 22:59 UTC and 2023-03-04 05:38 UTC, many parts of the platform has had a complete, or partially disruption.
This includes Webhooks, Connectors and signalling logs.
For Webhooks, no messages have been lost, but delivery has been delayed.
For signalling logs, no data has been lost, but processing has been delayed.
For SIMs that were already associated with a platform connector (Azure DPS/AWS IoT Core), no messages have been lost but delivery might have been delayed.
For SIMs who had a connector assigned, changed or removed in this period, the update in our system was delayed, meaning that all traffic for these SIMs were routed as if the change was not done until 2023-03-04 05:38 UTC.
