We are scheduling a maintenance window to reintroduce upgraded packet routers into our network core.
Maintenance is planned for November 20, 2025, starting at 12:00 UTC, with an expected duration of up to two hours.

During this time, we will be bringing updated packet routers back into rotation. These upgraded routers are part of our plan to eventually replace the older generation currently in use.

No service impact is expected, and customers should not experience any interruptions or degraded performance as a result of this maintenance.
