Our Messenger API and cloud to device messaging for connectors were down from 05:15 UTC until 13:00 UTC.
Messages were queued in this period and sent when the service came back up, regardless of whether the device was online at that time or not.
A fix is being developed, and monitoring has been updated to catch this issue faster in the future.
